Dear holidaymakers, welcome to Secret de la Corniche!
Secret de la Corniche is a french stone house, built in the 19th century. Facing south and renovated at the beginning of 2023, it is the ideal vacation spot for lovers of peace and nature. You will be on the Route de la Corniche, a few steps from the UNESCO citadel of Blaye, one hour from St Emilion and in the heart of the Bordeaux vineyards.
In a calm and preserved environment, at the end of a private cul-de-sac, our private estate offers 6 bedrooms, a veranda overlooking the Gironde, the enclosed wooded park, the secure swimming pool and above all direct access to the banks of the estuary.
We have designed this country house so that you can recharge your batteries in complete serenity.

The house and its 6 bedrooms were redone in 2023 in a warm atmosphere, between flea market chic and modernity, in the heart of the Bordeaux vineyards.

A human-scale retreat, always with the same spirit: a place to gather and create memories.
Available for rent alone or in addition to the 15-person cottage, for a total capacity of 23 people.
Nestled in its verdant setting, Le Petit Secret de la Corniche offers a more intimate experience. Designed for romantic getaways, family holidays, or breaks with friends, it combines authenticity and comfort in a country house style.
The wooded park and the banks of the estuary are entirely yours for the duration of your stay. Relax on the terrace and soak up the sun to get your fill of vitamin D in complete tranquility, whenever you like.

History buffs, the Secret de la Corniche is close to 3 UNESCO sites: the citadel of Blaye, St Emilion and Bordeaux. It is also close to the authentic cave of Pair non Pair, Iconic site of Gironde Tourism! On the beach side, it is located between the Bassin d’Arcachon and Royan.
On the Bordeaux Wine Route in Blaye and Bourg, discover a festive, gourmet and authentic terroir. Here, our wines are made by and for epicureans! We will be happy to advise you on wineries to visit in Bordeaux.

Ecotourism is fundamental to the Secret de la Corniche team. This is why, whenever possible, we have chosen to work with local companies, whether for renovation work or interior design. Rather than buying new, we hunt for beautiful pieces of furniture from second-hand dealers in the region. To decorate the premises, we value local craftsmen and artists in order to make you discover them. For beauty products, you will not find individual bagged shower gels, which are too polluting, but rather mild soaps produced by local artisans.
In terms of energy saving, we have partnered with ADEME to carry out an energy audit before carrying out our work. We monitor consumption and implement measures to reduce the energy balance of our establishment while guaranteeing you a high level of quality.
Dear whisperers, we are not perfect and we also have our limits. However, be aware that staying at the Secret de la Corniche means respecting the nature that surrounds you, the inhabitants who live nearby and actively participating in a circular, solidarity and local economy.
